Preschool and private elementary scholarships

Hi, I'm a returning student/single mom interested in scholarships for my and my son's education. He's 3 and I'm 33. Is there anyone in the same or similar boat as me? Does anyone have any experience finding scholarships for preschool/elementary school? Any advice, suggestions or comments are welcome.
