I am a third term double major/double minor and on the Dean's List. On the drop down arrows there are no selection for Int. Comm and Public Relations. I am an American who is Black and just completing this semester in the Netherlands at the end of June. My father is on total disability from cancer and he and my mother still earns to much for financail aid. I receivedabout $5,000 in Academic Scholarships to ASU and U of A but Northern Arizona Univ was a better fir for me and they offered only unsubsidized loans and ny father pays the balance for tuition, room and board, books, and parking. Any help is appreciated.
