Leslie Tugman serves as co-producer of Ben Kaplan's City of College Dreams – Live! regional events.

Leslie's business experience includes 25 years of government relations and lobbying at both the state and national level working for public and private entities and non-profit organizations.  She founded The TugmanGroup in 2001 in Portland, Oregon, which quickly blossomed into an international workforce training and educational event production firm.  

In 2006, TugmanGroup merged with Karylinn Echols to form TugmanEchols, delivering quality training and educational seminars around the world.  Clients for TugmanEchols include the semiconductor, healthcare and bioscience industries.  

As co-producer of City of College Dreams regional events, Leslie's responsibilities include government relations, sponsor management and marketing.
